Hi, I'm Lisa. Before founding Bloomvia, I led global research and content teams at Worldwide Business Research, overseeing a portfolio of more than 50 B2B conferences and managing a team of 20+ professionals — during which the business roughly doubled in annual revenue.

My career has been built around understanding how businesses work, and how to make them work better. I've partnered with executives across industries to solve operational challenges, develop strong teams, and turn complex ideas into successful programs.

Through Bloomvia, I bring that experience directly to small businesses and founders who need practical, strategic support to keep moving forward — helping you simplify your operations, remove growth bottlenecks, and build systems that scale.

Hi, I'm Kelly. My background combines hands-on operational experience, community involvement, and a genuine curiosity about how businesses and systems work. I hold a degree in Business Administration and began my career managing retail operations, where I developed practical skills in customer service and day-to-day business coordination.

I care deeply about the communities I'm part of — I've volunteered with NYC Parks and the NYC Trees Count program. I'm also a lifelong learner: I'm always reading and researching to better understand business, current events, and different ways of thinking about the world. Most recently, I earned my Canva and SEO certifications, adding design, digital marketing and website support to my skill set.
